What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Own the development and delivery of the Personal Wealth Management CRM platform from inception through production implementation - Collaborate with business leads and product managers to break themes and epics into features and document acceptance criteria - Lead high-level feature design sessions and mentor junior architects and analysts in technical design - Identify implementation options for solutions and assess them for technical and business suitability - Act as a knowledge integrator and translator between business users and technical team members

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience - 10+ years of experience serving as a Salesforce technical and/or solutions architect - Principal-level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud - Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls - Experience working in a leadership role as part of an agile cross-functional team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in financial services or other regulated industries - Proficient in defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs - Advanced understanding of the Salesforce.com data model and custom object creation - Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems and working with integration tools (ESB and ETL)
