Key Responsibilities We have full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting CNAs in performing activities of daily living (ADLs) and routine care Conducting resident/patient treatments Administering medication according to physician orders and the Plan of Care Submitting pharmacy orders Accurately documenting and recording all information Administering injections of medication as prescribed Observing resident health and communicating current conditions to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians Taking vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight Providing basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging Managing IVs and starting IV drips Monitoring fluid and food intake and output Observing and reporting resident accidents, incidents, and the presence of skin breakdowns Assisting with the admissions process as directed About Pine Acres Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center At Pine Acres, working with us means you become part of our family.
