KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for repairing, restoring, and maintaining firm fixtures and equipment Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the office space Sweep and mop floors when necessary Keep a clear inventory of parts and supplies for the firm Assist with the maintenance and porter functions as need by the firm Participate in frequent movement as needed to accomplish tasks: walking, standing, kneeling, pushing, lifting, and so on REQUIRED SKILLS: 1+ years porter/housekeeping/maintenance experience within a professional services or corporate environment Excellent customer service skills Work independently as well as lead others Ability to collaborate across a multi-department operations team Ability to work well under pressure and to maintain a professional demeanor General knowledge of cleaning materials, hand tools, and power tools Ability to exert moderate physical effort and stand for long periods of time Operate machinery/tools safely and effectively
