Purpose of Position
The Pilot provides a superior, safe air transportation experience, representing NetJets by ensuring safety and delivering exceptional service to Owners and passengers on every flight.
Responsibilities
Operate aircraft safely from taxi to landing according to FAA, OEM, FOM/AOM, and SOPs, greeting and briefing Owners/passengers, verifying itineraries, and providing weather and safety updates.
Deliver in-flight service as needed, including handling alcohol and catering.
Load and stow baggage properly.
Handle flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke.
Act as the final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Serve as the liaison for Owners/passengers from arrival at the FBO to final destination departure.
Report maintenance issues accurately to Maintenance Control and complete related paperwork.
Perform other duties as assigned, depending on the role.
Qualifications
High School diploma required. Must hold a FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or First Class Medical Certificate. Experience requirements include: 1,500 flight hours or as specified, with additional cross-country, night, instrument, and multi-engine hours. Must possess FCC Restricted Radio Permit, valid passport, and be eligible to work and travel in the U.S. without restrictions. Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and ability to handle extended trips and hotel stays are essential. Must pass TSA background checks, secure airport badges, and demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to exert physical effort and handle animals is also required.
Compensation
Base salary ranges from $69,932 to $95,696. Benefits include paid time off, disability programs, commuter benefits, basic life insurance, and potential bonuses depending on the role.
