Qualifications
450-hour comprehensive Pilates education (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Chair & Springboard)
Up-to-date CPR training or willingness to obtain
Demonstrates anatomical knowledge and focus on safety
Pleasant demeanor and excellent customer service skills
Experience teaching 6 or more participants
Team Player
Willingness to evolve with new developments in fitness industry, specifically Pilates
Passion for learning and willingness to attend continued education training and seminars
Comfortable adding TRX, Barre, and Trigger Point modalities to teaching repertoire
Punctual and Reliable
Willing to work an evening and/or early morning, along with two weekend shifts per month
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide Pilates instruction to group reformer classes, private and semi-private training, and intro classes as scheduled by management
Must be skilled at proper and safe use of a variety of equipment during each class, including, but not limited to, hand weights, Exo Chair, Reformer, Springboard, TRX, and Magic Circle
Visually inspect equipment prior to beginning of each class to ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use
Responsible for returning equipment to standards set by the studio and completing equipment/studio cleaning protocols after each shift
Must arrive at a set time prior to beginning of each scheduled shift or class
Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions to generate new business
Stay up to date with, and implement Club Pilates education standards at all times
Maintain honesty and integrity
Any other duties as assigned
