Base Salary: $450,000 with the potential for additional earnings through optional extra shifts $30,000 sign on bonus + annual quality bonus + relocation This is an employed opportunity with Medical Group (a multidisciplinary medical group with over 1000 employed physicians) and requires BE/BC Some notable facts about the ACS program: In the process of growing the Acute Care Surgery service team to continue providing the highest level of specialty care available to the region Join 5 Acute Care Surgeons and a highly trained, committed support staff Primary facility: 700 bed tertiary referral center for 26-hospital system Dedicated OR Access Incredibly diverse pathology Minimal Trauma (Polytrauma is covered by Level 1 Trauma Center in downtown Memphis) When fully staffed, our group operates on a balanced schedule designed to support clinical excellence and physician well-being. The schedule includes: 7 (24-hour call shifts per month); reimbursement for extra call taken Rounding and outpatient clinic Minimum of 9 consecutive days off per physician every month
