Optometrist - Refractive Surgery & Vision Correction West Des Moines, IA Position Highlights : Join a state-of-the-art boutique cataract and refractive surgery practice in West Des Moines, an exclusive provider of SMILE surgery. Collaborative culture joining 2 Ophthalmologists, 3 OD techs, and one full-time optician. Flexible schedule , either full-time or part-time. Automatically earn equity with a 5-year vesting period. Brand new facility featuring 5 exam plans, a dedicated diagnostic room, and an operating room. Compensation & Benefits : $130k-$140k base salary, commensurate with experience. Qualifications : Doctor of Optometry Degree Have or willing to get IA license. Experience or interest in refractive surgery, ocular diseases, and vision correction. Practice offers all versions of vision correction (LASIK, PRK, EVO ICL, RLE, SMILE) and refractive surgery Responsibilities:surgical consults, routine eye exams, dry eye treatment, light adjustable lens, comprehensive exams and more!
