About The Position A busy medical facility in Worcester, Massachusetts is seeking a locums Anesthesiology Physician to provide full-time weekday coverage. This is a dynamic role with a blend of bread-and-butter, OB, thoracic, OBGYN, and complex general cases. The practice uses a 1:3 supervision model over CRNAs, but physicians can also perform solo cases if desired. Position Highlights: Coverage Type: Full-Time Locums Team Structure: 8–9 anesthesiologists on staff daily Case Types: Bread and Butter, OB, Thoracic, OBGYN, Complex General Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM start (8:00 AM on Wednesdays) 10–12 hour shifts
