Deliver exceptional 1:1 care for 45 minutes to an hour, with a target of a minimum of 3.5 units/visit. Diagnose patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns. Create individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Employ exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain, enhance mobility, and prevent injuries. Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Kansas or eligible for reciprocity. CPR and first aid certification is required.
