Position Type: Perdiem Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the planning, development, organization, implementation, evaluation, and direction of physical therapy programs and activities, ensuring compliance with current regulations and guidelines for long-term care facilities. Actively represent our facility and participate in relevant meetings. Monitor a caseload of patients to ensure treatment plans are tailored to individual needs, maintaining accurate documentation, discharge dates, and plans. Qualifications: Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state. Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language. COVID-19 Vaccination required.
