Serenity Therapy Solutions LLC - Looking for a full-time  Physical Therapy Assistant for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lafayette, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

Provides skilled therapeutic intervention and services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Follows all regulations  and  guidelines of facility  including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA.

Adheres to discussed scheduled hours and conducts self in a professional manner at all times.

Provides documentation of  patient’s condition, and provide caregiver/patient education as appropriate.

Regularly discuss es  with supervising Physical Therapist patient’s progress and any concerns or guidance needed .

Ensures safe treatment practices and monitors patient ’ s engagement  and  responses to treatment ,  modifies as necessary .

Requirements include:

Valid professional license

Graduated  from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program

Preferred experience with rehab optima and skilled nursing facilities

New graduates are welcome
