Shift: Fulltime Days, 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Completes initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at appropriate time points as assigned. Participates in ongoing interdisciplinary assessment of the patient. Provides physical therapy services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care.
