With 7 locations in SE Wisconsin, now is a great time to join our growing team of therapists. PT Plus is currently hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our Racine clinic. We operate on a patient-centric treatment model with an emphasis on manual therapy, functional therapeutic exercise, and measurable outcomes. You will work with a team of skilled and experienced therapists. Our therapists are also engaged in a variety of marketing activities from exceptional customer service to community events and building relationships with other health care professionals. REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITES: Evaluation and treatment of patients' physical conditions Design and implement a treatment plan that incorporates manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and functional outcomes improve mobility and alleviate pain. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and health maintenance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Promote outpatient services and engage in marketing efforts to attract new patients.
