Onward Search Education is currently partnering with an exceptional school district in Mason County, WA in need of a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to support students of all ages for the 2025-2026 school year. This in-person role offers a meaningful opportunity to support student mobility, independence, and overall physical development within a collaborative and student-centered environment. Details: Location: In-person (no virtual or hybrid options) Duration: August 2025 - May 2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 hours per day/35 hours per week Grade Levels: Preschool-12th grade students with varying physical and complex learning needs

Role Responsibilities: Provide direct physical therapy services in alignment with students' IEP goals Evaluate and monitor motor function, mobility, and physical development Collaborate with educators and related service providers to support access to the school environment Document student progress and maintain compliance with special education regulations Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on accommodations and adaptive strategies

Qualifications: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification in the state of Washington Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills
