Physical Therapist We are seeking a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our dedicated outpatient team in a full-time capacity in Lakeway, TX! This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where clinical growth is supported and encouraged. You'll provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients ranging from adults to geriatrics, with a focus on orthopedics, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and neurological conditions. That's why we offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package that includes: Base Salary: Up to $100,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications Health Insurance Support: Monthly stipend of up to $200 to help offset health insurance costs Retirement Planning: Access to a 401(k) plan (note: currently no employer match) Vacation: Two weeks of paid vacation annually Holidays: Nine paid company holidays Sick Leave: Two paid sick days per year Continuing Education: Unlimited access to internal CEU opportunities to support your professional development and skill advancement Documentation System: Utilize Prompt EMR for streamlined and efficient documentation Clinical Environment: 100% outpatient setting — no hospital or home health rotations Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends) One-on-one patient care model — sessions typically range from 40 to 60 minutes Steady and manageable caseload in a structured environment that values both patient outcomes and therapist satisfaction Patient Population & Clinical Focus: You'll work with a diverse and engaging patient base, primarily composed of adults and older adults. Our clinical care model centers around: Orthopedic rehabilitation Neurological conditions (e.g., post-stroke, Parkinson's, MS) Balance and vestibular disorders Dry needling (if certified or interested in pursuing certification) Qualifications: Must hold a clear and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas New graduates are welcome to apply — mentorship is available Ideally, 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience Demonstrated strength in communication, collaboration, and patient education Passion for delivering high-quality, individualized care in a team-oriented practice If you're looking to grow your career in a supportive, outpatient setting that values autonomy, development, and patient-centered care, we'd love to connect.
