120-bed facility (no travel, no floating)
Pay
$60.00–$70.00 per hour , based on experience
What You'll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on physical therapy to support strength, mobility, and recovery
Set and adjust care goals based on patient progress
Coordinate with rehab team, nursing, and medical staff
Lead or direct PT aides/support staff as needed
Keep documentation current (including prescriptions and signatures)
Follow safety, infection control, and compliance standards
Participate in in-services, workshops, and ongoing clinical education
What You'll Need
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Active CA PT license (required)
At least 1 year as a PT aide preferred , but not required
Clear communicator and team player
Skilled at managing individual caseloads independently
