Our client has been serving their community for over one hundred years and is one of the largest major public health systems. We are looking for qualified Physical Therapists who want to make a difference in their community. We have multiple opportunities available: Outpatient, Inpatient, Acute, Critical Care, Home Health, and more.

Salary: $33.99/hr. to $54.39/hr. Sign On Bonus up to $12,500 Relocation Assistance-$5,000 Housing Stipend - $1,500/Month for 3 Months Health, Vision, and Dental-Employer contributes 80% Life Insurance Short Term and Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off 24 days in Your First Year 403(b) Retirement Package w/ 5% Match PSLF - Student Loan Forgiveness Program CEU Reimbursement Tuition Reimbursement Job Responsibilities Responsible for examining, evaluating, and testing individuals with mechanical, physiological and developmental impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities or other health and movement-related conditions in order to determine a diagnosis, prognosis and plan of treatment intervention, and assess the ongoing effects of intervention Responsible for alleviating impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities by designing, implementing, and modifying treatment interventions Responsibilities include reducing the risk of injury, impairment, functional limitation and disability, as well as, the promotion and maintenance of fitness, health and wellness in populations of all ages Requirements: 2 years of Relevant Experience Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), Current for a Minimum of 90 Days After Hire Date. Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Currently Licensed in the State of Florida as a Physical Therapist or Willingness to Obtain Prior to Relocating. Schedule Varies Based on Location and Specialty (Typically 8-5) Outpatient (M-F 8a-5pm), Home Health (Sun-Thur OR Tues-Sat), Acute Care (Rotating Weekend and Holidays), Post-Acute (M-F 8a-5pm)
