Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to state laws and company policies ensuring ethical practices. Complete necessary compliance training, including Medicare, OSHA, and mandatory continuing education. Conduct patient evaluations and provide therapeutic treatment to meet individual patient needs. Document treatment and progress comprehensively and timely to ensure accurate record-keeping. Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and third-party payers to facilitate effective care and understanding. Utilize leadership skills to guide and mentor other team members while fostering a collaborative environment. Maintain a high level of clinical expertise through ongoing professional development and training. Minimum Position Qualifications: Degree from a CAPTE-accredited program or international equivalent. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Proven experience in physical therapy, with a strong focus on patient outcomes. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist in patient mobility. Excellent stamina and physical health; able to stand, walk, and reach throughout a typical workday. Demonstrated proficiency in clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory environments. Preferred Qualifications: Specialization in specific treatment modalities or patient populations (e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics). Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Prior role in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting. Leadership experience or credentials in a healthcare setting. Active membership in professional organizations such as APTA. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Strong teambuilding and leadership abilities. Advanced problem-solving skills. High proficiency in clinical reporting and documentation.
