Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA. Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience delivering skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute care physical therapy preferred. Experience with evaluations, development of individualized treatment plans, and documentation in electronic medical records required. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nursing, occupational and speech therapy required. Current CPR/BLS and vaccinations per facility policy required. Preferred: experience with mobility restoration, balance training, gait training, therapeutic exercise, and use of standard therapy equipment.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Shift Name: Other. Assignment Length: 13 week assignment starting in April 2026. Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the client network.
