Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized, one-on-one therapy sessions with a focus on orthopedic, vestibular , and neurological rehabilitation . Spearhead clinical operations by establishing protocols and structuring team workflows. Mentor and support the growth of junior clinicians through hands-on guidance and professional development initiatives. Develop and manage customized treatment plans, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Utilize cutting-edge tools such as infrared goggles , overhead harness systems , and AI-enabled EMRs to enhance patient care. Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire (or eligibility to obtain). Current CPR certification . Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience , ideally in an outpatient setting. Experience with vestibular therapy or post-concussion rehabilitation is a plus, but not required. Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset .
