JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION Minimum Required: Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy. Preferred/Optional: None EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: None Preferred/Optional: Experience as a physical therapist. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES Minimum Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within three months of hire. Physical Therapist license awarded by the State of Wisconsin Preferred/Optional: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire.
