Pharmacy Technician - Per Diem As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Phoenix, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; and procuring drugs. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements. Schedule: This per diem, nonexempt position doesn't have any regularly scheduled hours and provides time off coverage for staff, working a minimum of 4 hours each month. Starting Pay: $20-$23/hour (based on related work experience). CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. About the Pharmacy: Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. After hours and weekend coverage is provided by remote telepharmacy services. The pharmacy utilizes Pyxis and HCS systems. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Current Arizona Pharmacy Technician license in good standing Previous/recent experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office Effective communications skills, verbal and written Hospital Requirements (may be required): High School Diploma or GED (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving Hep B3 Series (or declination) (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st -April 30th COVID Vaccine-Full Benefits: All Per Diem employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) program with an employer match as well as the EAP (Employee Assistance Program).
