Job Overview Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager. Must be bilingual (spanish). Must have experience in pre-litigation.

Must have experience in personal injury case management.

Responsibilities

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

New client intakes Inputting cases into software Opening new claims. Assisting clients with property damage claims. Coordinating medical treatment and build strong cases. Requesting and following up on medical records. Contacting and keeping clients up to date on case progress throughout case. Accounting and disbursal of settlement funds.
