About Us: Megeredchian Law is a well-established personal injury law firm based in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing Pre-Litigation team. _If you want to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere with a highly motivated team and supportive leadership, this position is for you! While a background in personal injury law is required, we provide full training for this role._
Position Overview: As a Personal Injury Case Manager , you will play a crucial role in managing personal injury cases from start to finish. This position involves conducting client interviews, developing case management plans, and ensuring timely progress on all cases. You'll be a key point of contact for clients, coordinating medical appointments, and managing property damage claims.

Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough interviews with clients to gather relevant information and assess their needs. Develop and implement individualized case management plans tailored to each client's situation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and records in CASEpeer. Monitor case progress and make adjustments to plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for clients. Manage property damage claims from initiation to resolution.
Qualifications :
Experience working in a personal injury law firm with like responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Familiarity with legal case management systems such as CASEpeer or Filevine is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues. Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
