Job Summary:
We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support our executive team. This role requires fluent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to facilitate day-to-day coordination with local teams and overseas partners. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing both administrative and personal tasks with professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
Translate documents, emails, and communications between English and Mandarin
Draft, format and proofread reports, memos, and presentations
Act as liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders, including Chinese-speaking suppliers
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Assist with procurement tracking, order coordination, and production scheduling support
Support executive in both business and occasional personal tasks
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
Communicate with overseas partners, factories, or suppliers on behalf of the executive
Track deadlines and deliverables for ongoing projects
Help onboard new clients, partners, or internal staff as required
Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Chinese business culture and communication norms is a plus
