Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/10/2025 Duration: Ongoing Up to 12.00 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Per Diem Registered Nurse – ICU (Per Diem) Unit: Intensive Care Unit Schedule: 12-hour night shifts Status: Per Diem Job Summary: Seeking experienced ICU RNs for per diem coverage on 12-hour night shifts. This role requires advanced critical care skills, independent clinical judgment, and the ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients. Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to critically ill adult patients
Monitor and manage complex medical equipment and therapies (e.g., ventilators, drips, CRRT)
Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Document all care accurately and in real-time using the designated EMR
Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and ICU-specific protocols
Requirements: Active RN license (state-specific)
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
BLS and ACLS (AHA) required
CCRN preferred
Strong critical thinking and time management skills
