By drawing from your own experiences with recovery, you will offer unique insights and real-life guidance to help patients navigate their recovery journey. Share your own experiences with addiction and recovery to inspire and motivate patients. Work alongside healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that address each patient?s specific needs. Facilitate group sessions and one-on-one meetings to provide support and encourage patient engagement in their treatment process. Assist patients in developing recovery skills and strategies that promote long-term sobriety. Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the treatment team. Advocate for patients' needs and help them access community resources. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all professional ethical guidelines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to empathize with patients and maintain a positive, encouraging attitude. Knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, particularly those relating to opioid use disorder. Capability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
