Compensation & Benefits:

* Annual Compensation: Starting base salary of $300,000 plus productivity-based bonus * Bonus Structure: Productivity and/or collections-based incentives * Employment Type: W-2 or 1099 options available

Qualifications:

* MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency * Pediatric Ophthalmology fellowship training required * Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology * Passion for pediatric eye care and commitment to patient-centered service
