• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• 24 hour call coverage, 7a-7a
• Coverage needed in August and ongoing
• 553 births annually
• Level II NICU
• Level I NBN
• NICU population - 1 per week
• Circumcisions required
• EPIC EMR
