Greetings! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly proficient Patient Registration Specialist to join one of their excellent healthcare organizations located in Muncie, IN!
Responsibilities: Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients. Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service. Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients. Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination. Requirements: Some office, food service, or retail experience required. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service! Work Hours: 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM rotating schedule
Job Type: Contract-to-hire and Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
