Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist for a part-time PRN role at Pine Acres Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center. Measure and record residents' function, gait, strength, range of motion, balance, and mobility. Observe residents and write evaluations, progress reports, discharges, and all necessary documentation. Assist residents in carrying out specific exercises. Employ various treatment techniques, including soft-tissue mobilization and exercise progression. Guide residents in using necessary equipment and devices. Educate residents on proper exercise methods to strengthen muscles and improve function. Maintain residents' confidentiality and uphold their trust in our care. Comply with all federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements. Contribute to the goals of the entire therapy team. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current NJ State Physical Therapy License.
