Measure and document Residents' function, gait, strength, range of motion, balance, and mobility. Conduct observations and prepare evaluations, progress reports, and discharge documentation. Assist Residents with specific exercise regimens. Utilize various treatment techniques, including soft-tissue mobilization and exercise progression. Guide Residents in using necessary equipment and devices. Educate Residents on proper exercise techniques to enhance strength and mobility. Maintain confidentiality and trust with Residents. Adhere to all legal and professional requirements. Contribute positively to team goals and efforts. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current NJ State PT License. Preferred experience in long-term care settings.
