Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in clients’ homes as part of an in-home, mobile veterinary practice.
• Practice medicine with a focus on patient comfort, client communication, and ethical end-of-life care.
• Collaborate with the Lap of Love team for ongoing mentorship and professional growth.
• Maintain professional medical records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage time effectively to accommodate un-rushed appointments and meaningful client interactions.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Candidates will be subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, post-hire and before their associated start date.

Salary: Veterinarian Salary Range: $65,000
