Job Summary Slicing, packaging, weighing, and selling various deli products, including meats and cheeses. Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including deli display cases, and providing assistance to Members in the deli department. Key Responsibilities Providing high-level customer service and recommendations to Members. Slicing, packaging, and weighing deli products, including cheeses and meats, and helping Members select the correct products. Receiving, inspecting, displaying, stocking, rotating, and storing deli products following food safety and quality standards. Operating and handling deli equipment while maintaining cleanliness and sanitization. Ensuring accurate weighing and pricing of items, and maintaining all club policies and procedures. Performing other duties as assigned and maintaining regular, predictable, full attendance. Qualifications Prior work experience in a deli department preferred. Knowledge of deli products and experience with deli equipment. At least 18 years of age.
