High-Volume Paralegal Opportunity Robert Half has partnered with a small law firm north of Denver. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented High-Volume Paralegal to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple caseloads and staying committed to quality and compliance standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to make an impact in a small law firm performing mostly transactional work. Key Responsibilities: Handle and manage a high-volume caseload. Draft, edit, and file legal documents (e.g., pleadings, discovery responses, contracts, or agreements) accurately and efficiently. Perform legal research using online and library resources to support attorneys in case preparation. Conduct document review and ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, scheduling, and documentation in legal software and e-filing systems. Coordinate schedules and communications between attorneys, clients, witnesses, courts, and third parties. Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with strict timelines and applicable legal requirements. Provide exceptional client service in a professional and timely manner, serving as a main point of contact for clients in a high-volume workflow. Requirements: Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited program (required). 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in a high-volume environment. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adjust to fluctuating workloads. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in e-filing systems, eDiscovery platforms, and legal practice management software. Familiarity with legal terminology and strong knowledge of procedural rules in [state/federal courts or relevant jurisdictions]. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong research and analytical skills with a proven ability to work independently or within a team.
