Order: 82955 Order Type : Temp To Full-Time The Packaging Operator helps package nutraceutical products safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This role involves running packaging equipment, inspecting finished goods, and keeping the work area clean and organized.
Hours: 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday
Pay: $15-$17/hr
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor packaging machines (bottling, labeling, sealing, and cartoning).
Set up, change over, and shut down packaging lines per schedule.
Ensure products are packaged correctly and sealed properly.
Inspect packaging for defects, labeling accuracy, and seal integrity.
Remove defective products and report issues to the Packaging Lead.
Complete required forms and maintain accurate production records.
Keep the packaging area clean, safe, and compliant with company standards.
Work with team members to meet production goals and communicate material or equipment needs.
Participate in safety training and follow GMP and SOP requirements.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
English speaking.
Must hold a valid Food Handler’s Permit.
