Location: Greenville, MI

Pay: $15.50-$17 Depending on experience

Shift: 1st shift

Job Summary We are seeking a Pack Associate to play a key role in the final stage of our aluminum production process. This position ensures products are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment according to company and customer standards. Key Responsibilities Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies Pack and label products efficiently and accurately Prepare materials for shipping and distribution Operate packaging and material handling equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety protocols and procedures Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues to supervisors Qualifications Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic math and reading skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, tape measures) How to Apply Let’s go to work!
