Job Purpose The Overnight Grocery Team Member plays a crucial role in supporting our department manager to achieve sales and profit targets. This position involves restocking products during overnight hours to ensure a well-organized and appealing shopping environment, while also enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Essential Responsibilities Customer Service (70% of Time): Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Maintain product visibility and freshness, along with proper merchandising in accordance with company standards. Assist customers in locating products and promote offers to enhance their shopping experience. Leadership (10% of Time): Foster a team-oriented environment by promoting open communication and collaboration among associates. Uphold adherence to company policies and legal regulations to maintain a positive workplace. Financial Awareness (10% of Time): Maintain vigilance regarding stock levels and report discrepancies. Ensure the quality and freshness of products and adhere to food safety guidelines. Compliance and Safety (10% of Time): Uphold company standards for safety and food handling procedures.
