Bronwick, LLC finds top talent for companies that we admire.

Currently, we are searching for an in-home sales rep for a premier outdoor living company. They primarily focus on high-end/luxury residential remodels and renovations including (but not limited to) pools, outdoor kitchens, decorative concrete, decks, patios, and pergolas. Other than client meetings, all other work is REMOTE.

Due to significant growth and business development, the next sales training class start date will be November 2025. Please know you will not be able to start before this date.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

NO COLD CALLING; WARM Leads are set for you. Customers want to speak to you about updating their outdoor space.
Prepare and present sales presentations in customer homes.
Recommend and provide advice on products/services.
Prepare and present quotes then CLOSE the sale.
Typical schedule includes 6 to 8 in-home WARM consultations per week (primarily on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thurs evenings, as well as the first half of the day on Saturdays). Completely OFF on Sundays and most Mondays.
Coordinate with the Project Management team to ensure jobs are successfully completed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Ideally, 2+ years outside sales experience with in-home sales with a consistent track record of top performance.
Proven sales track record, ideally with one-time close experience.
Experience selling with financing.
Basic computer skills; able to create and combine multiple PDF files into a single PDF.

COMPENSATION:

Salary: First 3 months paid at $5,000/month
100% Commission starts Day 1! Based on revenue not margin! Paid in 3 increments (40% paid at signed offer, 40% paid when construction begins, and 20% paid at the conclusion of each project)
