Responsibilities

•Team and DB lead generation
•Lead follow up
•Close buyer or seller sales
•Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion
•Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
•Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company's values and integrity
•A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base
•Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close

Qualifications

Real estate license required
•Sales experience
•Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude
•Decisive and proactive in the sales process
•A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
•Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
•Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
