Envision Unlimited is seeking a dedicated and passionate Outreach and Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on building relationships within the community and enhancing our visibility to better serve and support our clients through various inclusive services. The specialist will be instrumental in organizing community events, managing volunteers, and fostering partnerships that align with our mission of providing comprehensive and inclusive healthcare and social services. Develop and implement outreach and engagement strategies to raise awareness of our services in the community. Coordinate and manage community events and workshops. Establish and maintain partnerships with other nonprofits, businesses, and governmental agencies. Recruit, train, and manage volunteers and staff for community engagement activities. Track and analyze engagement outcomes to refine and improve strategies. Prepare and present reports on program progress and success to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Experience in event planning and management. Understanding of the healthcare and social services landscape.
