Job Summary Company Driver (W2, Solo) Flatbed trailer and Single Drop OTR $1,600 - $2,500 total weekly avg. pay $1000 minimum guaranteed weekly pay 2,500 - 3,000 avg. miles per week Dedicated, Line Haul No Driver Load/Unload 50% tarping No slip seating Home Time 5 - 10 expected days out Get 2 days of home time for every 5 days worked Home at least 2 weekends per month Benefits Medical, Dental, Life, 401K and 401K with company match Paid holidays Paid vacation Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations. Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
