Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Expeditor to ensure timely and accurate processing, tracking, and fulfillment of customer or production orders. This role plays a key part in coordinating between purchasing, production, and shipping teams to eliminate delays and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor order status and proactively follow up on pending, delayed, or urgent orders. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, or production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Expedite backordered or slow-moving items and resolve shipping or production issues. Update internal tracking systems Collaborate with inventory control to verify stock levels and forecast Ensure documentation accuracy for all outgoing and incoming shipments. Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or customer service. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
