We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote capacity. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and entering customer orders into our system, ensuring timely and precise order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer orders into the company's order management system from your remote workstation.
Verify product availability, pricing, and customer information to ensure order accuracy.
Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to coordinate shipping and delivery schedules.
Address customer inquiries regarding order status, product information, and returns.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all orders and related documentation.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing order data to identify trends and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while working remote .
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in related fields is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with order management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Previous experience in order processing or customer service is advantageous but not required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a construction, risk management, or project engineering role. Proficiency with software tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Project), document control systems, and scheduling tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Driver’s license with a reliable driving record, due to required site visits. Physical readiness to spend significant time onsite—standing, walking, and occasionally handling equipment. Demonstrated alignment with values of integrity, loyalty, and innovative risk solutions.
