This is a leadership role overseeing the operation and installations in commercial accounts. Company is growing and operations leader must have business acumen, strong communication skills and be flexible to change while maintaining dependable service delivery and excellent customer experience.  MUST HAVE MINIMUM 3 YEARS OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE.
Ensures that efficient work plans are developed for every installation project prior to install, and leads recruiting, hiring, training and development in the operations department. This includes overseeing and leading efforts of Warehouse inventory management. Other responsibilities include:
Maintain and develop a professional, positive and accountable work culture.
Manage warehouse, installation and project management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, profitable operations and adherence to budget.
Ensures profitable operation and reviews estimated costs to actuals to ensure quotes are sufficient and at or under quotes
Coordinates the management of operations facilities, vehicles and equipment ensuring the expenditures are cost effective
