With solid systems and strong crews already in place, this role will drive process improvement, team performance, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily scheduling, job progress, and team accountability Build and motivate high-performing teams Streamline workflows for billing, scheduling, and quality control Ensure top-tier customer service and fast problem resolution Support growth through acquisition integration and operational scaling What We’re Looking For: Proven leader with industry experience in landscaping or field services Comfortable working in the field and managing from the office Strong communicator and team builder Technically savvy Process-driven and results-oriented Someone as comfortable in steel-toe boots as they are at a desk Passion for building systems, developing teams, and driving real results $87,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and tenure.
