In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier patient care and building meaningful connections with our patients and their families. As an Operating Room Registered Nurse , you will: Plan and deliver both direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process, including Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Collaborate on developing nursing care plans in tandem with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Effectively communicate any changes in the patient's clinical condition to Physicians, Nursing Supervisors/Managers, and fellow caregivers as appropriate. Engage in the discharge planning process to ensure seamless transitions for patients. Qualifications To excel in this role, you must have: Education: A degree from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing program or an Associate Degree in Nursing / Nursing Diploma as a Registered Nurse. Certification/License: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification is required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
