We are seeking a forward-thinking, positive, and outgoing person, as an Onsite Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with the experts, homeowners, and contractors, for inspections, testing, and repairs. They must also be able to properly relay information back to the Case Coordinator. This position requires a strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, while staying composed, and also maintaining a level of professionalism. Duties Physically able to stand on feet for multiple hours. Travel to case locations to cover site inspections, testing, and repairs. Have professional verbal and written communication skills. Have some knowledge of Microsoft software products like Excel, and Word, as well as other software like Outlook and iPads. Requirements Previous experience in related fields as Project Management or a construction background is beneficial, but not required. Proficiency with writing skills is essential for preparing emails properly. The ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Other key attributes are: problem-solving, flexible, able to improvise, great attitude, and customer service skills.
