OVERVIEW
The Online Content Coordinator is a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional who supports the execution of digital content and marketing initiatives that reflect Newfields' mission to enrich lives through art and nature. This role works closely with the Marketing Campaign Strategist and Director of Marketing & Communications to manage day-to-day digital operations, including discovernewfields.org, and ensure timely, accurate content delivery across Newfields' digital platforms.

Primary Responsibilities
The following responsibilities describe the general nature of work for employees in this position, but this is not intended as an exclusive or all-inclusive inventory.
Online Content: Manage the structure, appearance, and accuracy of the Newfields website to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. Field, prioritize, and implement internal website content requests in a timely and strategic manner. Oversee and maintain digital marketing content across in-house screens, performance spaces, and other on-site digital platforms. Manage the creation and ongoing maintenance of the MARCOMM QR code library. Support the development and updates of online forms to improve usability and data capture. Collaborate with external vendors to plan, execute, and optimize monthly SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns. Ensure timely delivery and quality of creative assets for media campaigns, working closely with agency partners. Maintain and manage a content calendar for all web updates and digital communications. Email Marketing: Create and execute segmented email campaigns to support various departmental goals in alignment with overall content and revenue strategy. Develop targeted user journeys to enhance the engagement and performance of email marketing efforts. Plan and implement email campaigns for major programs and seasonal festivals, including THE LUME Indianapolis, Spring Blooms, Art in Bloom, Summer Nights Film Series, Harvest Nights, and Winterlights. Continually refine and update email content and strategies based on analytics, performance, and audience behavior. Marketing Administrative Support: Provide general support to the Marketing & Communications department, including but not limited to assistance with social media, public relations, and cross-functional projects. Coordinate communications and fulfillment for artist residencies and other partnership programs. Manage contract routing and documentation for small-scale projects. Serve as a proactive departmental representative in both internal meetings and external engagements, including attendance at after-hours events as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Ability to multitask efficiently. Attention to detail to maintain consistency and accuracy in work. Is flexible, resourceful, and collaborative. Strong understanding of website content strategy, design, and user experience. Knowledge of digital content operations and creating targeted email campaigns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: College degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related experience.
