Coverage Details:

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Call: NoneClinical Details:
- Patient Volume:
- 10-15 daily treatments
- Weekly OTVs on Wednesdays
- Consults: 1-4 per week (scheduled for 45 minutes)
Patient Population:
Adults: 50%
Pediatrics: 50%
Candidate Responsibilities:
Timely evaluation and delivery of precise treatment plans
Team-Based Care: Candidate will not work solo
EMR: EpicCertifications & Experience:
- Board Certified/Eligible - Required
- Active IL License - Required
- DEA - Required
- CSR (Controlled Substance Registration) - Required
- BLS & ACLS - Required
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
